The rooms offer pretty views from the windows, and it is quiet at night. Additionally, the hotel has plans for a fundamental refurbishment in the future, which is something to look forward to.

The hotel is quite noisy, with elevator noises that can be heard throughout the building.

My expectations of a 5-star hotel were absolutely fulfilled.

Breakfast had a great choice and the staff was very courteous. The lobby was very luxurious and classically decorated. The rooms were very clean.

The breakfast room was relatively small and dark. The volume was a little high due to the premises. The bathroom in the room was very small; in the bath tub I had a feeling of tightness.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from and everything was delicious. The staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions that I had. Another great aspect of the hotel was its location. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of many important locations, making it easy for me to explore the city during my business trip.

One thing that I didn't like was that sometimes the staff would forget things that I had requested, like joining a membership or providing a pet drinking plate. It made me wonder if they were paying enough attention or not.
